Running full speed with a bow cocked back, not technically possible without the use of some speed/noslowdown hack, clear evidence shown in this video, should be banned(I do not care how many times anyone tells me its a glitch or some stupid crap, it is not, I know hacks when I see it, this is a clear demonstration of hacks and the offender should be punished)
