For number 6 possibly include some of the things that crate weapons have but you have to use exp for them like life steal for 120 lvls or something along those lines. Maybe different types of armor enchants that give you buffs. Boots with jump boost enchant? Boots with a fly option but only when you're not in pvp? Possibly swords that have a chance to strike lightning  on the foe? Or wither. Thats all I got for now I will try to think of some others.

I'd say no to the fly enchantment do to the simple fact of it would be abused in parkour.

Taking the enchants from the create weapons would be cool, letting them be gained through a bit of grinding in exp farms or whatnot.
