Racism and homophobia

I believe people who use the words, faggot, fag, or fgt and people who use the word gay as an insult need a heavier punishment. In my opinion homophobia is quite similar to racism. Am I saying they should be ban? No. I do believe however it should be an instant mute or at very very least 2 chat offenses. Nothing gets on my nerves more than seeing people ignorantly throwing these words around. I see people do this at least twice a day and every single time I wish I could do more than say chat offense 2 left, one day I might just snap. Homophobia is a big issue nowadays and I can't believe it when I see the newer generation, MY generation using these kinds of words to inflict emotional pain on other people.

I personally am not gay but, I have a couple of friends who are and I can see how it affects them. All I am asking for is just a bit heavier punishment to the misinformed people who do this.

I don't plan on getting nit picky with the whole issue. I don't plan on doing this because if we start restricting certain words more than others soon we'll have everything restricted. As a matter of fact if words like "Nigger" is now classed the same as "Fag" I'd rather allow them both than block "Fag". Now before you start calling me a homophobic asshole I'd like to give my logic. In today's world what % of people that use words like "fag" or "homo" actually hate gay people? I myself have used those words as an insult but I do not have a specific hatred for gay people. As for the word "Nigger" that word has more of a history of being used in the insult of black people.

In short:

- "Nigger" is more offensive than "Fag" because "Fag" is more of a general insult.
- General insults against people are banned anyway so using those words as an insult is already not allowed.

Also what do you mean you're not gay Zs? Have you been leading me on?!?
