Change the Chat System

I believe that the original idea of changing the chat system was to combined the lang 1, caps 1 stuff into 1 category.  But, the new chat system requires the mod to type like 3x as much as he used to.

To make the system more efficient, I request permission for mods to say something simple like:

Chat offence 1, buttkicker

instead of

Chat offence buttkicker, 2 remaining

We all do it different, A-Guards, through wardens, I say Chat offence Mitsuo 1 left. You can call the offence however just as long as you are following the guidelines

Yeah as long as you are following the chat system I am pretty sure it is fine, but if you use the way you talk about to follow the chat system say someone caps you would say

Chat offence 2 Buttkicker

Even typing it sounds weird to me but eh, also if you follow the given one you could shorten it to Chat offence Buttkicker 2 left, or whatever word you want to show how many strikes remain

You can say what ever you like just as long as you give the information required. So you could say "Chat offence 1 Buttkicker" or "Chat offence 2 Buttkicker" ect. If it where me I would of called them strikes and I would just stay "strike 1 Buttkicker" but Silas makes the rules on MCP.
