PVP in Jail

What is the bug: I was in jail for pvp 3 and i was over by the pvp area with armour off but someone with a potion of harming threw it at me and i died from it and i lost all i had in my inventory
Where is this bug located: In jail
How can we recreate it: Yes

Been reported a bunch of times, Silas says just don't go near the bars if you don't want to die.
