Nope never
I was talking to silas and we came to the conclusion that the Bruni Dragon Set needs to be reworked for a couple of reasons
1. The pendent will do shitall to people that have Fire res potion effect or halfway decent fire res on armor
2. The Bruni Set's "combustion" ability does not effect people as well as it was hoped to.
3. In my opinion compared to the ice set is very underpowered in comparison
