What is the bug: Air Horn not making sound
Where is this bug located: EVERYWHERE
How can we recreate it: Me and The_Right_Master both tried multiple of his Air Horns and they wouldn't make they sounds, we tried changing settings, etc. plez fix

Make sure you have the resource pack installed and all sound options enabled.

maelonic had similar issue a while ago. Can you confirm which mc version you both are running? If 1.11 can you try 1.10.2 and see if it then works.

it is the version of minecraft you are running it the rc pack is not to the newest mc version
