Tutorial Sign Bug

What is the bug: The Warp Tutorial sign only works when u are in sneak and have a food item or tool in your off hand.
Where is this bug located: C spawn by the /info portal and /events portal
How can we recreate it: try clicking the sign without something in your off hand, now try it with food in your off hand and in sneak, also u may have to click the sign 2 or 3 times.
