Can Still Buy From Guard Shop Without Any Money

What is the bug: You can still buy from guard shop even if you don't have enough funds, it will put you in the negative
Where is this bug located: Guard Spawns/Shop
How can we recreate it: Put your self low enough and then buy an item from the guard shop

This was reported when the map first reset, it's not really a big deal if you put yourself into ass loads of debt over taser charges
