What the offender was doing: He said he'd give me a Eff V fortune 3 pick for 70k, I paid him the money. The next thing he does is just log off after being well aware of me giving him the money....

As you can see I paid him (At the very top of the screen), and he continues not to give me the pick then logs off.

to back up on this, i was there online, Racrifice didnt respond at all and just as Masterovie logs on, he tries to pretend to be back from afk and say 'Huh?' when Chee asks for the pick. Racrifice then logs off, xActualStrafe or smth i forgot the ign but its along the lines of that. That person is Racrifice's brother who logged in after awhile to check if Chee was still on, and then logs back off.
