Guard Buffs

What is the bug: Guard buffs don't work
Where is this bug located: Guards (might only be C-Guards)
How can we recreate it: Get a Guard and when they come out of the elevator there buffs to run out. (the speed buff works after being hit by someone but the res and strength do not work)

I was never a wear that this was a command because there normally automatically set

I tried to tell -somebody- this last night (looks at Silas) but they insisted it was only in the arena.
