What is the bug: Picture Frames and Clear lag
Where is this bug located: Within Picture frames and the Clear lag
How can we recreate it: Alright place a picture frame on a wall before Clear lag and when it clears lag (Entities or whatever) it removed the painting from the wall and makes the frame disappear or duplicates it.

I hardly understood this but, what Mit means is when a clearlag goes by it clears all picture frames too. We want it to not do that. Thanks.
