Why were you banned?(Unfortunately you're terminal and there's nothing to be done)
Are you at fault? I would assume so
What was your rank on MCP? N/a
Why should we unban you? If I have gone terminal I would like to enjoy the few moments of my life I have left.
Additional info: Not sure why I was banned, I take full responsibility and apologize for my actions and will stay on top of my well being and state of mental and physical health. In all seriousness I do sincerely apologize for anything I did or take advantage of... and will proceed more cautiously.

Nope, lord bills made me channel admin and all I did was change the name of the channel as antic as we were all arguing over whose channel it was last night. Would say I was in the wrong place at the wrong time, but I did change the channel name to "serrian's channel"

No need for use of profane language and narcissism. I owned up and apologized. Your failing to realize that the situation . So I will explain it in detail for you to comprehend.
Last night between the hours of 5-7 lordbills came in to team speak and the topic of your channel was brought up. I we proceeded to enter your channel and lordbills gave me channel admin more or less as a joke as we facetiously argued over whose channel it actually was. upon request I made lordbills an operator and change the name of a channel as a joke. The rest it history and should require no further explenation.
