What the abuser was doing: Not calling chat offense for caps on er3853, then continuing to say it's not an offense. This also happened again about 30 minutes later with Gunslinger

Additional info: The following is quoted from the mod rules, "Using too many caps in a message (3 capitals in unison) = 2 strikes". Also, every time another mod/A-Guard or above is online, they call chat offense for saying "LOL", so if you're going to tell me the rules have changed, then please change them under the mod rules so there is no more confusion. Many people find it very annoying when players type in caps which is why it's one of MCP's rules.

Don't give staff bs for this.

"IDK" in my mind is perfectly fine.  It shortens chat by taking 3 long words into 1.

A mod can't mute someone for saying MCP, that'll be dumb.
It's practically the same.
