I need a warden or somebody to change the perms on my plot in plotwing 2 for me.

I need a warden to change the permissions on my plot in plot wing 2 to keep people from using things on my plot (opening doors, pushing buttons, etc.).

Have you added anyone to the plot? Cuzif not, nobody but you and the wardens should have access to it, and you can ask any warden in game to change specific perms, or you can ask them how to add/remove someone from the plot
