Do you have any experience with other prison servers? Yes, I played the Mineville Prison on Minecraft Bedrock

Have you read both the guard rules and the prisoner rules, even the ones in the info room? Yes
Why should we pick you to be our next guard? Because I am great at playing Minecraft, I am familiar with the rules, I would love to help new people, I feel like I can do this, this is a great opportunity for me because I am still in 4th 5th grade so it would help me out a lot so please and thank you.

Neutral. Awesome guy, but you need to get more familiar with the server. Also, you are missing a key factor in the application.
