What is the bug: Speed boots buffs are not permanent. When you wear speed boots, you will get speed for like 18 seconds, then it will wear off, then like a minute later you'll get another 18 seconds.
Where is this bug located: MCP
How can we recreate it: Wear speed boots on MCP
What is your client version: 1.12
