What is the bug: /pmoto not working
Where is this bug located: in chat
How can we recreate it: try to get a normal player to use /pmoto

Only works for donators & staff.

Happens to me while I'm a Head Guard as well as donor. DragonApex claims that he gets the same error message as me, though it does tell him after the error that his moto will update within an hour.
