1. Is your idea logical? Yes
2. Could it be done easily? Possibly
3. Has something like it been done before? No
4. Has this idea been suggested before? I don't think so
My idea is to have the command /minetime that tells you how long u have until the mines reset. instead of just waiting and hoping to see it in chat you can check yourself with the command

Always on the :30 of the hour unless triple hours happened, then it skips one

(ignore my first comment it got cut off because of my phone)
i don't think /minetime is needed unless its used for 3x ores. mines reset on :30 like eve said so you could just take a peek at your computer clock.
