BadAtMCP verbal abuse - battlebliss777 - Jul 14th, 2018

What the offender was doing: called me the n word and told me to kms

Additional info: not really. I killed him with a bunch of stuff and he offered a miner set and I said no and he got angry

Why a Moderator should ban/tempban:
2. There are two kinds of "Racism" on the server.
The first being intentionally racist statements that are insulting to a race/religion/ethnicity. This kind of racism is very straightforward and can be punished strictly.

For Intentional Racism:
A one-day temp ban as racism is not tolerated.
A three-day temp ban for a second offense.
A permanent ban.

Server rule #6 - Respect staff and fellow players.


Harassing other users:
If a player is found to constantly harass another user or multiple users there must be a warning before action is taken.

Seems pretty simple, If this user has had no past offenses he should be warned for the disrespect and temp banned for one day. He claims he knows the rules in his Guard Application, so seeing as he knows the rules and is not a new player, a 1-day temp-ban should be in order

Going off of what I recall, Silas has stated in the past that private messages can't be enforced. I believe it was something along the lines of "said" player being able to /ignore.

this is why i posted it on the forums, hoping for an exception from a higher up because this was uncalled for and very attacking.
