What the abuser was doing: Jailed another guard in the middle of a riot by command
When this happened: (Include date and timezone) 11:26 PM EST 9-15-2017 (September 15th, 2017)

Additional info: Kitti was nowhere near C so there is no way this was accidently done by handcuffs. They were both also in the same ts channel at the time. Also Nator couldn't have typed that command as he was in combat and moving at the time of jail.
