3. Has something like it been done before? Yup
4. Has this idea been suggested before? Probably not
My idea is that you can buy entire drug farms from Donor Shop, kind of like how on some servers you can buy bases. Obviously each Drug Farm would have a cost difference depending on the Drug. Example: you buy a Drug Farm, you then choose where you want it and boom. Just like that

I know this isn't what you are requesting.
But if you head to the black market and look for the player made shops.
Interscope_ has a store and actually sells all types of drug kits.
