Mod and other staff shouldn't be allowed to be kicked from the server, for example I made a bad pun in TeamSpeak, I'm in the middle of a riot and I get kicked. Geo has the permissions not to be kicked from the server I feel like this should be granted on other staff as well to prevent other staff from kicking other staff as "just a prank". This rule wouldn't affect C-Guards thought for traditional reasons.

Or y'know we could expect staff to not screw around with their perms.
Its been a while since anything came of it but technically kicking/banning another staff member is a highly demotable offense.
