i hope server can have a easier way to keep or gain Exp :
like Harvest Armor enchant w/ only 20% SlikTouch Enchant=Cost45levels+1book Harvest=Gain 5 levels
or
Exp Bag: Store exp in it (Small=5levels Mid=15levels Big=30levels Mega=100levels)

I feel like this would be pretty problematic and it doesn't make keeping xp easier than the original keep xp feature that you can get in /buy.

there is the keep exp you can buy from the shop that is way easier then what you are talking about . It is a good idea but we already have something that keeps exp. As for getting exp there is always mining smelting (food ores) mob farms etc.

With how expensive most good enchants are the only good way to get good exp is by buying a spawner with real money or xraying and finding one. You never just find one by luck. There needs to be a way to earn exp without paying

xraying is bannable... vote, parkour, enderdragon, minercoal (to find spawners) and there is an item that stores exp already its in beta
