Why should we unban you? I use a mod to help me fly the elytra and didn't think it was bannable offense.

Your appeal although straight to the point and somewhat honest, its a little short and does not excuse that this is against server rules (http://forums.cdgs.net/index.php/topic,3855.0.html). So for that it will be denied at this time.
I suggest waiting a couple of days and make a more detailed/sincere appeal after reading up on all the rules to refresh your memory.
