What is the bug: Occasionally when you open a crate, it will play the popping noise like it's dropping items, but will not drop any items. The beacon will not appear, but your crate is consumed.
Where is this bug located: Anywhere. This time it happened below guard spawn at B.
How can we recreate it: It has happened twice to me. Once a long time ago, and again the other night. This time I was clicking near my feet, which could be a contributing factor. I heard popping noises but nothing actually happened. This time, it was a Gamma crate.

if you're not surrounded by 100% open area, crates can and will spawn behind walls and gaps in the prison that are unaccessible, or in places you can't see them. Open them in places where there's no chance of them getting lost.

Thank you for the advice. To clarify, I was in a 100% open area.
