Don't act like a staff it gets people more annoyed  facepalming  If someone using caps and a staff is not online do /ignore or just don't talk to them

lol if I was going to I would of already :p Unfortunately in this case it hasn't helped calm the situation and the new player was frustrated at loosing their stuff. We should be offering to help new players and diffuse any heated moments and explain rules to them.

They have been warned for using excessive caps and if it happens again they will be given an appropriate punishment.
