Is your idea logical? Yea
Can your idea be done easily? Yes
Has something like it been done before? Not sure
Has this idea been suggested before? Kind of an unbreakable Rod was suggested
Fishing is fun and it would be fun if perhaps there was an extremely rare one found in crates to allow fishing to be more fun. What would really make it fun if perhaps with it you had like a .05% chance of getting a crate?

there are some fishing rods you can fish for also but they don't have unbreaking 4 on them
