I feel like there should be a question in the application that says, " Have you read ALL of the rules? " Just because it would match the guard application and people usually forget to put the phrase so if they see that in the application there would be less of those bad applications

Maybe we could have something in the rules telling people they must say 1 rule?

Implying people wouldn't just lie about this question like they would on the guard application.
