Mitsuo's Abuse Report - Dragon1240 - Feb 25th, 2017

What the abuser was doing: False Ban
When this happened: (Include date and timezone) February 12Th 2017, Roughly around 7:04 PM EST

Additional info: I was explaining to OriginalRay about the ruling of buying Unban Passes(How you can only have a maximum of 3) I was then banned by Mit for stop? In TS I asked Mit what I was banned for and his response was, "Being a f***ing d**ba*s". (I have no evidence for the teamspeak part)

I tempbanned you for stop because of how much crap you talk in Teamspeak. If you aren't talking about how bad guards are you insulting me. I banned you this particular time because when I was doing my job you just happened to be answering at the same time. "When you're doing Mit's job for him." When I am doing my job you're still talk crap towards myself.

Yeah yeah yeah, however when I am online doing my job you don't need to sit there and continue saying you're doing my job. "I'm going to be the next guard" "New guard app coming tomorrow" "New guard app coming in x days" "I'm coming for your position Mit" The last quote being said while you were typing this report. It was a five minute temp ban because you feel the need to continue talk trash about a staff member while he's doing his job.

First of all, my "Guard App", I do honestly bring up once or twice a day but as a joke as it has become a run on joke. You always say "I'm never going to be guard." So it has become a run on joke. Also, the way you treat everyone but zs in teamspeak is absolutely horrible. Your always calling people derogative terms in teamspeak that if said on MCP would most likely result in a mute/co if not a ban. Also, why would I be coming for your position if I'm always talking about my guard app? Also I didn't make this because I feel the need to continue talk trash it's because you can just ban anyone for anything you feel for and it can happen again and again.

here is what I think:
complaining about a 5 min ban is just stupid... it is 5 min not perma
a normal person on the server can not do the job of staff yes it might of seemed like you where doing his job but you where not.. Being a mod can be hard work dealing with all the people on the server. It can be a pain at times. And some times it takes us a bit to answer questions, co people, or ban people, depending on how many people are on and what we are dealing with at the moment.
Being disrespectful to staff is not ok and can result in ban's or mutes.
Talking and /or joking about your Guard app will make it less likely you will get accepted. It get old quick! And what i heard bring it up a lot even to staff can get it denied

TBH I think you just need to suck it up it was a 5 min ban and just that. I am taking mits side on this one. I personally don't like staff disrespect and people think they are doing my job.

I'm not complaining about a 5 minute ban. I'm complaining about how he banned me for helping a staff do their job. I do it all the time, people do it all the time. Sometimes staff aren't online. The thing is that Mit feels like a ban was needed.

At the time Mit had logged on and was just talking here and there, answering some questions here and there. But the thing is, is he banned me for something I said in teamspeak. That's like me calling him ez on Risk or another game and he then bans me on MCP. It was one remark said as a joke which resulted in a ban.

Unfortunately this is not Mits first abuse of this case and he has been demoted. Small offense or not it could not be ignored.
