What the offender was doing: He scammed me when we both agreed to give stuff back after a fight we had. He refused to give the stuff back.

Additional info: We were going to 1v1 in the PvP zone, and we agreed that we couldn't bring gapples, bows, into the fight and we also both agreed that we give the stuff back after the fight. but nope.jpeg

Unfortunately we don't consider this scamming and instead just being a dick. Scamming is generally only trade related.
