What the abuser was doing: Had pvp off as a guard, and jailed me for sword in the process.

I mean somehow i had pvp off and i was in f5 and i thought he had pvp off but than after i called his sword he announced i had pvp off which imediatly i turned it back on.. o well

As we've been doing some admin events this might of been enabled then so that players weren't pvp'ing each other and were just targeting mobs. This might not of been intentional and they had their back to you turned around so contraband and acted upon it.

Doesn't look intentional at all and he's still somewhat of a relatively new guard. I think this should be a learning experience and strict warning, as we a relatively low on guards at the moment. Hopefully you were unjailed, but this looks like another attempt to nit-pick a guard when he is vulnerable.

"Lol demote skid" You didn't tell him that his pvp was disabled, as Miner stated there are a lot of admin events recently blah blah blah. You should have stated his pvp was disabled instead of making some dick comment like "lol demote skid" during that time I imagine he would have though you had pvp off swinging your sword at him. As generally players do that for shits and giggles.
I am aware he was demoted however just my two cents.
