I'm wondering if these enchants are right, and if not, is there anything I can do? I paid 500k for this, I hope there is someway to fix the enchants, or have this explained if this is indeed a Miner Pick with the right enchants, but just a lower and under ranked version.

It's a miner pick but someone enchanted it with fortune one and eff 1. It still has the thing that sets it apart from other picks(Unb 5 and the ability to use the blast), but you'll need to re-enchant it.

I heard from another player that re-enchanting it would be a risk, is it true?

Changing/Adding Enchants usually gets rid of the special ability, I think
