What the offender was doing: Killed someone with a sword named [Dig a N***a]
What server this was on: CDGS's Prison (MCP)
When this happened: about 10:45 PM on 7/8/16 PST

As soon as I seen it I asked him to change it and he did, whether he named it that or not I'm not sure but he changed it right after I seen it. However will let Geo/Silas/Zeedin decide.

Wardens used to take the item change the name to something like "I had an inappropriate name :^)" and give it back, I suggest that

Geo was on at the time if he was afk or something I don't know but HaZard did change it as soon as I asked so I'm leaving this up to Wardens and higher to handle.

I changed the name then killed someone to prove that I changed it and I changed it to Mitsuo if you wanna see it tomorow. It's a eff 5 Unb 3 shovel and I killed someone with it so a guard couldn't call it because he was armor less and had a lot of gold on him. I'm sorry it won't happen again
