Parkour Racing Minigame - mb733 - Jun 28th, 2016 After two months of procrastinating, I finally did it. I finished my multiplayer parkour race minigame. Sadly, I can't explain it well enough with signs, so here's a forum post. In a nutshell this is a multiplayer parkour minigame completely automated by redstone with a cash prize. This is what it looks like: [url=http:// This is a two player minigame, but I'm making a single player version too. At the start, two players (It works with any amount of players, but two is ideal) go into the opposing rooms marked with iron doors: [url=http:// They can then place their bets. Players can bet as much as they want, but they can only bet more once the other person has matched. A lamp lights up notifying the player when the bet has been placed, and the lights reset when the bet has been matched. EVERY TIME A BET IS MADE, TWO EMERALDS ARE DEPOSITED INTO THE PRIZE CHEST. You get $500 return for each bet made. [url=http:// To start the game both players must "Ready up" by buying a stick for $50. This will lock the doors and start the parkour. [url=http:// To prevent collision, the parkour is split into two identical courses. The parkour is intentionally easy to make the game fast-paced, but can be made harder if requested. [url=http:// The winner is the first one to drop down the long chute with the white and black wool pattern at the top: [url=http:// To end the game, the player must buy another stick to prevent the other player from finishing and to collect the prize. [url=http:// Currently, there is only a cash prize. I am working to implement a casino at the end, but the redstone work took up a lot of space. The prize is two emeralds for each bet you made (And was matched by the other player) [url=http:// AS you can see, you can buy emeralds for almost nothing and sell them for donator price. Feel free to bring emeralds to sell. TL ![]() Buy sticks. Buttons don't work, so you have to do some funky shit with chestshops. You get 2 emeralds for each bet you make, and you can sell them for 1k each. Re: Parkour Racing Minigame - mb733 - Jun 28th, 2016 I dicked up the links, you have to copy and paste them... Sorry.
