I would like to make MCP a bigger server and if the server gets bigger we will need more staff, and I would like to be a staff who
1. Moniters the chat
2. Does the job of other staff when they are offline such as guards, chat-mods, even admins
3. Makes MCP a safer more friendly environment
4. don't abuse and have fun
