IGN: Critacils Offender's? rank: Citizen What the hacker was doing:  Whilst I was being rioted on the individual kept getting in the way with PVP off. This causes me not to be able to hit the person that is rioting and is the sign of that individual trying to loot steal, which in this user case is not the first occasion he been caught doing so.
