From what I experience, some of the things you do are questionable most notably the majority of this video. The evidence leads me to believe that you have macro keys set and turn your preferred PVP settings on and off. GG illuminati

If it was kill aura you would see him swinging as soon as a player is within 4 blocks or so. In the video, it's clear that it's not the case.

I don't think he is hacking because he is only aiming for one person and not swinging back and forth.
