Guards - masterovieOG - Dec 13th, 2015 My suggestion was to make becoming a guard harder/complex. Anyone can make a good application if they really tried. My suggestion was after Silas, or any warden accepts an application then player becomes a " Minor Guard." Then over a week or any time a warden or Head-Guard evaluates the Minor Guard and if he/she passes then the Minor Guard becomes a C-Guard. And if the Minor Guard fails he goes back to his old rank. Thanks for reading and I only made this because anyone can make a good app but might not do what he says he is going to do when he/she gets guard. Thanks for reading and hope you take this into consideration. Re: Guards - dft799 - Dec 13th, 2015 Yes! +1 But instead of minor guard it should be Trial-Guard Re: Guards - masterovieOG - Dec 13th, 2015 (Dec 13th, 2015, 06:02 PM)dft799 link Wrote: Yes! +1maybe Re: Guards - pointlessbob - Dec 13th, 2015 I suggested something similar to a guard in training before he can actually become an official guard. However, a guard contest might be an interesting feature Re: Guards - masterovieOG - Dec 13th, 2015 (Dec 13th, 2015, 06:16 PM)pointlessbob link Wrote: I suggested something similar to a guard in training before he can actually become an official guard.yea i got the idea from you i just forgot to put that in there. and a guard contest facepalming facepalming nopeimj really? thats your worst suggestion in all of MCP history. Re: Guards - Zeedin - Dec 13th, 2015 What do you think c-guard is... Re: Guards - masterovieOG - Dec 13th, 2015 (Dec 13th, 2015, 07:18 PM)Zeedin link Wrote: What do you think c-guard is.... What I'm trying to say is, make becoming guard more complex. C-Guard you are a full guard, but a Minor Guard is only a little bit of a guard and might not get guard. We can't just go off applications... Almost anyone can write a good app but might not do the correct thing in a situation. My main point is someone can say they will be a good guard but when it's time to step up they really don't know what to do, and those are the people that would fail if they were at the Minor-Guard stage. But the people that do know what they are doing will pass and become C-Guards. [/quote]But that is what C-Guard it, they have reused permissions and after short amount of time you get promoted or demoted. It is no different then what you are saying just ads another rank for new kinds to be confused by. |
