You could make a Donation pack that has /fly. you would be able to use it in the free world and the prison. i know you could get out of the map but u can easily make those areas so that nobody can pass through. i think it would be fun to move around the prison faster and for the free world well, you could fin bioms and more things faster.

I'm against this idea, but just saying combat tag can take players out of /fly
