I think there should be a donation for certain enchants like eff 6 and etc. you could but these enchants permanently but they would cost an insane amount of exp like 100 per enchant

No.. You can buy not vanilla minecraft enchants but it would cost a lot of exp

We'll never sell overpowered items which can only be obtained through donating.
