Make the tutorial sign stick out more from the other signs. Many times I have to explain what you do, how the ranks go, and who that person in purple and what are they talking about my cool new wooden sword?
Please fix this. Many people don't read those signs.

there is a message when new people join which says "welcome to mcp blah blah blah type "/tutorial"
