http://i.imgur.com/HnxtoLx.png as you can see in the photo, buttkicker12345 is wearing diamond armor, you know he is a guard because of his blue name and his playtime. He clearly should be demoted for wearing diamond armor.

This isn't hard to do with a few changes to a resource pack and from the look of your sword your using some type of one with the normal layout though who is to say that the chain armor wasn't made to look like diamond and then you went and screenshot this to get him demoted?
