I don't know his actual position on staff but seriously we have moderator rules for a reason if he can't follow a simple set of rules then he shouldn't have the perms to mute people, if he mutes them with offences left then it upsets the players and eventually they will get tired of it and quit because of abusing mod powers such as that

I honestly agree, but erik has been demoted and repromoted time and time again, so not much will be done
