1. Already said will not happen many times before.
2. You can already open your enderchest anywhere if you donate for it.
3. Not gonna happen man. Infinite potion effects are most likely never going to happen period.

Could have this but maybe as a command that lasts a certain amount of time (maybe normal length or extended) and has a cooldown of like 5 - 10 minutes.
Same idea for the speed effect but would be restricted from using while in C block (or maybe the entire prison) so people can't use it for parkour.
