To add to this, he was excessively spamming with caps for quite some time. Er has been muted multiple times, yet he just doesn't learn. I think something should be done here.

Thank you he was doing this constantly and also jabby was too. I don't have proof of jabby but please tempban er he doesn't learn.

There isn't to much of a problem here, he only spoke a couple of sentences. If it was massive spam it would be taken care of but he wasn't spamming.
