I haven't even said I'm anyones boss, they just look up to me because I've been guard longer then them. It's more of a senior thing. Silas has said no guard rank is above another, and no one is anyone else's boss.

And just saying, I got a job so I don't have all the free time in the world to play. Don't see anyone complaining about polar being inactive.

I can think of quite a few times when you have stated you are the boss of the lower rank guards. Im sure others have seen this before as well. You have a job. Congrats. However, much like anyone who is a staff member and only logs in to vote or play events if you dont have time to actually do your job resign simple. As it stands if you hadn't afked in C while applying for the play time to look active you probably wouldnt have gotten it.
Also bringing up Polar to try and throw another member under the bus as he knows the points against him are correct.
