[/quote] The idea behind this is that it would stay in your inventory until the end of the holiday. So by the end of it there could be 50+ of these items all being passed around from player to player. I wouldn't say for it to give people slowness permanently but it could be like drug withdrawals were it gives nausea, blindness, or slowness every once and a while.
