I understand that this is becoming annoying but I do think that he can learn from his mistakes. Stop trying to get the guards demoted I will talk to Greyson (seen as he a friend) and tell him to up his game or he is going to get demoted

He is a new guard, being constantly called to C, he always asks people to give him a break in which he is constantly being rioted, cut the guy some slack, give him a week or two including all new guards and they should be on their feet.
