I don't think there is a certain sound found in the game files that only activates when a player is using a pvp macro.

I keep trying to find an example of the noise on youtube but every video I find ether has super loud music or no sound at all.

I honestly don't be leave that when people use micros it makes a different noise however what you guys have probably been listening for the string of constant clicks that makes what appears to be a different sound. You can more then likely remake this sound by getting someone with a high CPS speed and doesn't have micro.
